Eugene Jistel, Jr. passed away to his heavenly home on Feb. 12, 2019, with his family by his side. He was born Dec. 6, 1962, to Eugene and Annie Mae Jistel Sr. in Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Jistel Sr.; His brother, James Jistel. Jr. was a very kind and loving.

Royce Glenn Jacobs, 81, passed Dec. 5, 2018. Funeral services: 2 p.m. Thursday at Springdale Baptist Church. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Mount Olivet. Royce was born Oct 9, 1937. He worked at Eastern Airlines for 27 years.

OBITUARY Docia R. Moore, 85, of Whitney, Texas, passed away Monday, November 25, 2018. She was born in Ferris, Texas in August of 1933 to the late Clarence David and Sammie (Conn) Dickerson, later marrying the love of her life, Reverend Herbert Moore.
