Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a request initiated by Zak Kassem for a planned development (PD) to allow a mix of uses for a property located 200 Blackwood Road and 201 N IH 45, Dallas County, City of Wilmer, Texas, 75172, DCAD ID# 65161206510020000 and 6505051551020CU00.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these zoning requests will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these zoning requests will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
