Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold public hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1938 S. Hampton Rd., Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154, pursuant to V.T.C.S., Government Code §551.041.
The Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The City Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
Public hearings will be held to consider updating various Articles of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Glenn Heights.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing before the meeting dates indicated above.
