The subject property is generally located at 120 & 124 E. Belt Line Rd, Parcel #54000500000340000 & #54000500000330000, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.

Consisting of approximately 0.5 acres and containing two (2) lots.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
