NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING


The City of Ovilla will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Ovilla City Hall Council Chamber, located at 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, TX 75154, to hear comments from the public regarding the proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Year budget.

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $107,300.00 (3.21%), and of that amount $58,525.00 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

The proposed budget is available for viewing at City Hall or on the city website at www.cityofovilla.org. Any person can attend and participate in the hearing.
