In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request a zoning change from Single-Family 1 (SF-1) to Light Industrial (I-1). The subject property is generally located at 379 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010070000), 408 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010120000), 404 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010080000), and 400 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010030000), City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.
Consisting of approximately 5.57 acres and containing four (4) lots. Case No. ZC-26-001 (Zoning Change)
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
