    MIDLOTHIAN – The Midlothian Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the Pet Coalition of Ellis County on June 30.

    The event recognized the Pet Coalition’s dedication to improving the lives of pets and the people who care for them through animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, and community engagement across Ellis County.

    The Coalition is a volunteer organization formed in the fall of 2024 to provide a safety net for pets and the people who care for those lost and often abandoned pets.
