In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a zoning change from Single-Family 1 (SF-1) to Light Industrial (I-1). The subject property is generally located at 379 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010070000), 408 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010120000), 404 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010080000), and 400 Greene Rd (DCAD ID #65037980010030000), City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.
Consisting of approximately 5.57 acres and containing four (4) lots.

The first public hearing occurred on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
