Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold public hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1938 S. Hampton Rd., Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154, pursuant to V.T.C.S., Government Code §551.041.
The Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The City Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
Public hearings will be held to discuss and consider amendments to Planned Development-33 (PD-33) for a property addressed as 2011 S. Westmoreland Road, more particularly described as Newton C. Laughlin Abstract 764 page 425,Tract 2, City of Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas,
All interested persons are invited to attend and express their opinion. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing before the meeting dates indicated above.
