Jackson St., Waxahachie, TX, by filing a written answer to PLANTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the first Monday next after the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of the issuance of this citation, in cause number 119590 filed on 01/30/2026, on the docket of said Court and styled:

A brief summary of the nature of this suit is:

This lawsuit is based on a motor vehicle collision that occurred on or about July 13, 2024, in the proximity of the intersection of Ovilla Road and Overlook Drive in Red Oak, Texas.

The collision was proximately caused by the negligence and/or negligence per se of Defendant Jose Ramirez, who was negligent in entrusting his vehicle to Defendant Hilario Larec Vasquez. Defendant Jose Ramirez knew or should have known that Defendant Hilario Larec Vasquez was an incompetent, reckless and/or inexperienced driver.

As a result of Defendant’s actions, Plaintiff has suffered personal injuries and damages for which Plaintiff now brings this suit.
