Nationstar Mortgage LLC ("Plaintiff'), its successors in interest or assigns, by and through its attorney of record, David Webb or Marinosci Law Group, P.C., 16415 Addison Road, Suite 725, Addison, TX 75001, (972) 331-2300, brought suit against Carl W. Leubner, the Unknown Heirs at Law of Jan Leubner, deceased, Lawson Midlothian Homeowners Association, Inc. and United States of America, on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (“Defendants”), to enforce the Note on the property located at 201 Brook Meadow Court, Midlothian, TX 76065 (“Property”), and legally described as:
