Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on June 16, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at the Glenn Heights City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 1938-C South Hampton Road, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154, pursuant to V.T.C.S., Government Code ยง551.041.
The Public Hearing will be held to receive testimony regarding a proposed City of Glenn Heights Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program, which would allow property owners to finance energy and water conservation improvements through voluntary assessments on their property, administered by a third-party without the use of City funds.
All interested people are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the Public Hearing before the meeting dates indicated above.
