In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a zoning change from SF-1, Single Family – Low Density, to I1, Light Industrial, for the properties generally located at 379 Greene Road (DCAD ID #65037980010070000), 408 Greene Road (DCAD ID #65037980010120000), 404 Greene Road (DCAD ID #65037980010080000), and 404 Greene Road (DCAD ID #65037980010030000), City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Consisting of approximately 5.57 acres and containing four (4) lots.
Case No. (ZC-26-001) (Zoning Change).
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
