MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian Police arrested Dallas PD Lieutenant Jeremy Carter a second time last week for allegedly driving while intoxicated in the city. Carter is still on administrative leave from his job due to a DWI arrest that took place in Midlothian this past Christmas Eve.
Carter has been with the Dallas Police Department for 17 years and was assigned to the Operational Technology Unit.
He has remained on leave since his first arrest pending the outcome of the investigation.
