Plaintiff Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2018-RPL3, its successors and assigns, by and through its attorney of record, Myra Homayoun of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, 1255 West 15th Street, Suite 1060, Plano, Texas 75075, brought suit in rem only, against Margarete Martina James, Brian Alexander Edwards, the Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Julia R Edwards Deceased, and any other person(s) claiming any right, title, or interest through Julia R Edwards, as heir(s)-at-law to 125 Mabry Lane, Red Oak, Texas 75154 and legally described to wit:
