WAXAHACHIE – Two items resulted in Executive Session before a vote at the Ellis County Commissioner’s Court meeting last week.
Both items were related to the contemplation for litigation.
Commissioners unanimously approved action to be taken by D. Randolph Montgomery & Associates PLLC on Sedgewick and Blacksheep, All Saints or Daniel McGee.
It was also unanimously approved to authorize the Ellis County District Attorney’s office on behalf of the county to send a termination letter to Courtview Justice Solutions d/b/a Equivant.
No supporting documents on these items were made available to the public before or after the commissioners court meeting.
