Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Terry Wayne Hood, Deceased, were granted to the undersigned on the 14th day of October 2025, by the Ellis County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas. 

All persons having claims against said Estate are hereby required to present the same to Janet Lynn Hood, who is the Independent Executrix of the Estate of Terry Wayne Hood in Cause No. 25-E-2330, within the time prescribed by law.
