Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of James Lee Metcalfe, Sr., Deceased, were issued on October 8, 2025, in Cause No. 25-E-2212, pending in County Court at Law of Ellis County, Texas Court Number 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to:  David A. Northcut, Independent Executor.
