PALMER – Palmer quarterback Eric Cisneros rushed for 115 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, and also threw for 161 yards and a pair of TDs in the losing effort. A healthy portion of that aerial production (91 yards to be exact) went to AJ Cisneros, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pilot Point to victory, but perhaps none more so than Drevion James, who rushed for 140 yards and one score on only five carries. James really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run. Caden David also helped out as he racked up 132 rushing yards.
Palmer falls to 5-1, while Pilot Point raises their record to 5-1.
Palmer will face off against rival Pottsboro at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pilot Point is set to square off against A Plus Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
