Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 1938 South Hampton Road, Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas, 75154, as prescribed by V.T.C.S., Government Code Section §551.041, to consider and take action on the following:

Zoning Case ZBA-05-25: A Public Hearing will be held to receive testimony regarding a variance request by Alejandro Gonzalez for the property located at 210 Watercrest Lane, Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas. Parcel is specifically described as Lot 5, Block 8 of the Lin Dell Estates Addition and is zoned Single-Family 3 (SF-3).

According to Exhibit 14A Zoning Ordinance, Article IX Zoning Districts, Section 2.5-D-2-a of the City of Glenn Heights Code of Ordinances, residential homes are required to have 30 feet of front setback. The applicant is asking to reduce this setback to 20 feet.

This case is seeking approval from the Zoning Board of Adjustments on October 13, 2025, meeting.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing to provide testimony or express comments regarding this variance request. If you cannot attend, you may submit comments in writing in support or opposition prior to the public hearing no later than Friday, October 10, 2025, to the following address:
