BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

 

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.009(8) Prohibited Signs, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a pole sign for a commercial business located at 3700 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as James S Lewis Abstract 767 PG 440 TR 5, Parcel ID No. 65076744010050000, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. V-25-01 (Variance Request).

The previous public hearing dates of July 17, 2025, and August 7, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. for this variance has been changed to August 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
