FERRIS – Mike McKeogh, a Wenatchee Washington-based artist often working on editorial and advertising projects as well as large scale art installations across the US, recently finished a 30’ wide x 12’ tall mural located on the south wall of the Ferris Municipal Government Complex Building facing 6th street at 114 S. Central.
The mural depicts the city dating back to the early 1870s and includes past, present and future scenes.
McKeogh was the art director for Seattleʼs alternative newspaper The Stranger in 2016. Featured in Vice, Juxtapoz, Design Funny, Complex Magazine, Mint Magazine, Thrillist Seattle, and Graisse Animale, Mike was also a contributing illustrator for the best-selling “Coloring for Adults” book series.
He has exhibited in New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Savannah and San Diego.
