MIDLOTHIAN – Junior quarterback Beau Wendel accounted for188 yards and three touchdowns as Midlothian held off Kimball at MISD Multi-Purpose Stadium.

Kimball scored on a 61-yard touchdown pass from Armirie Williams-Hall to Jaylen Mosley with 48 seconds remaining.

DeJasper Webb recovered the ensuing onside kick attempt to secure the victory for Midlothian (2-1).

Thirty-three points were scored in an exciting fourth quarter.

Midlothian rushed 50 times for 305 yards and amassed 376 yards.

Williams-Hall passed for 453 yards and five touchdowns to lead Kimball (1-2). Camrin Jackson caught 12 passes for 259 yards and four touchdowns.
