Fort Worth – The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District hosted its annual 9-1-1 Gala on June 14 in Fort Worth to honor the accomplishments of local 9-1-1 telecommunicators and Emergency Communications Centers.

The event brought together representatives from the NCT9-1-1 service area to reflect upon the past year and acknowledge those who went above and beyond.

With 200 guests in attendance, the 2024 9-1-1 Gala was a momentous success.

Local recipient of the 2024 9-1-1 Gala awards is 9-1-1 Public Education Professional of the Year Amber Barber with the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office

NCT9-1-1 is thankful for the generosity and support of the vendor sponsorship as the 9-1-1 Gala could not have been hosted without them. Thank you to RapidDeploy, Datamark, Mission Critical Partners, and RapidSOS.
