GLENN HEIGHTS – Last Friday, Feb. 9, the Glenn Heights Police Department responded to a robbery in progress at 2523 Sunburst Drive.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., when officers arrived at the location, they were fired on by one of the suspects.
The Ellis County Sheriff Office is investigating the initial offense.
The Texas Rangers are assisting Glenn Heights Police with the officer involved shooting.
