Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., in person for consideration of the following appeal:
• Residential special exception to construct a fence that is on or beyond the building line at the
residence of 423 Johnson Ln., Ovilla, TX 75154. (Chapter 14, Section 35.3 Fences in Residential
Districts, Ovilla Code of Ordinances.
