PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

  In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider conditional use permit request for a travel center for a seven-eleven with restaurant and heavy load vehicle gas station service center. Located at 4700 N IH-45, Wilmer, TX. The subject property being described as ROBERT SLOAN ABST 1271 PG 600 TR 15 ACS 16.188. Case No. CP-22-04.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was to be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. but will now be Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was to be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. but will now be Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
