“Plaintiff is seeking a judicial declaration that, as recourse for default under that one certain voluntary security instrument, it may proceed in accordance with the terms of such security instrument and the Texas Property Code with the non-judicial foreclosure of that certain real property, to wit: LOT 4, BLOCK 4, THE GROVE, PHASE 1, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET 1, SLIDE 518, PLAT RECORDS, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS”
