NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPLAT REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Ovilla City Council of the City of Ovilla, Texas, on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6:30 P.M., at the Ovilla Municipal Building, Council Chamber Room, 105 Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas, 75154, to receive public comments for the consideration of a replat request, filed by Eric Walker, owner.
The replat is on the owner’s 4.8-acre tract in the Tenforty Addition; Lot 1 and Lot 2. The purpose of the replat is to divide a total of 4.8-acres of currently platted property to create 2 parcels of land being Lot 1 Block A 2.053 and Lot 2 Block A 2.761 acres. The property is commonly known as 438 Johnson Lane, City of Ovilla, Ellis County, Texas.
