WILMER – A representative from State Representative Carl O. Sherman’s office presented a resolution last week at the Wilmer City Council meeting honoring Dr. Edwin Earl Favors and his life.
“He was a man of many talents and he touched many lives. His presence will be missed in the area and certainly in Wilmer where he was a well-loved pastor and friend to many.”
