CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 212.015 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City of Wilmer City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider a request to replat a residential lot into two lots of record in order to build an additional home, being located at 306 Little Street, Wilmer, Texas 75172, and being further described as Lot 10, Block 4, J. W. Johnson’s Addition, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. P-21-01 

(The February 4, 2021 City Council meeting was cancelled and this item is being re-noticed in accordance with State Law)

A public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this replat request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

Important Notice Regarding Public Participation at Public Meetings:
