NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST PATRICIA S. SCOTT, DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Patricia S. Scott were issued to Mitchell Coleman Utsey as Independent Executor on February 19, 2020, under Cause No. 20-E-2002 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas.
Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
