ELLIS COUNTY – A Texas State Trooper was injured in a struggle with a motorist last Friday in Ellis County.The incident took place on Aug. 15 at approximately 3 p.m. while the DPS officer was on patrol.

Waxahachie Fire-Rescue responded to the scene of a small airplane emergency landing in a grassy area in Waxahachie late last week.

WAXAHACHIE – A small airplane made an emergency landing late last week in a grassy area just off I-35 in Waxahachie near Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.The pilot, who was the only occupant in the aircraft, was not injured.
