The call indicated two people were at a home in the 9600 block of Baucum Road in Midlothian.
The caller was the grandmother of her 16-year-old grandson who had arrived at her home and told her both his parents were dead.

A media release from the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department stated, “Both victims appear to have died from gunshot wounds in what is being investigated as a possible murder/suicide.”
The Sheriff’s Office stated they did not believe there was any danger to the surrounding community at that time.
