OVILLA – Heritage Park is undergoing its news ADA Improvements.
The improvements began at Heritage Park, 675 Main Street, this past Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Construction crews are working on an ADA-compliant ramp and a new pathway connection to the existing restroom facilities at the park.
During construction, the area surrounding the restrooms and pathway will be temporarily closed for public safety.
Ovilla had previously announced a new concrete walking trail, with construction expected to last around 30 days and requiring park closure during that period as well.
“We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make these accessibility improvements for our community,” said city officials.
