The groundbreaking event for Pinnacle Developers’ Ferris Town Center was held Friday, June 21, near Commercial State Bank, with drinks and refreshments served after at the Ferris Scout House at Mutz Park. Plans include 56 high-end Duplex Town Home Units, 36 Smart Condominium Lofts, 8,597 square feet of office or small business facility for lease, and 31,000 square feet of commercial area on the frontage road of I-45.
