The Milford ISD Book Blast program was a success with 87 students participating, $6,290 raised, 389 books earned for students’ home libraries, 70 new books for the school library, $300 in teacher shopping sprees, and $200 in school shopping sprees.

Red Oak Independent School District recently announced the addition of smart panel technology at Red Oak Middle School. The equipment, valued at $187,000, was provided by Google, which operates a data center in Red Oak, in an effort to strengthen the district’s technology-driven learning.
