WAXAHACHIE – The performance bond for Oak Creek Ranch Phase Two was approved by the Ellis County Commissioners Court at the meeting early last week.
The bond in the amount of $3,994,775 for Phase Two will add 108 lots to the residential subdivision at Skinner Road and FM 875 in Waxahachie. Once infrastructure is completed, this item will appear before the commissioners for final plat approval.
Seven additional plat approval items were on the agenda as part of the consent agenda vote.
This included action on a plat part of the Oropeza Addition near FM 878 and Ike Road, Waxahachie; a plat at Markham Estates near FM 1181 and Hooper Cemetery Road, Ennis.
Also a plat of Tees Estates near the intersection of Gillespie Road and Tees Road, Italy; a plat of Polson Estates near the intersection of Sun Ridge Road and East Ennis Avenue, City of Ennis.
Another plat of the Pruett Addition at the intersection of River Road and Ozro Road, City of Maypearl.
Also an item to ratify staff action on a plat of Alvarez Addition near the northwest intersection of Smith Road and Jackson Road, City of Maypearl.
And amending a plat at Matthews Farm Addition northeast of the intersection of Marion Road and Ranch House Road, City of Maypearl.
