WAXAHACHIE – A locally assigned Texas Game Warden was unanimously approved earlier this month to utilize an office in the Ellis County Constable Precinct 2 office located at the Ellis County sub-courthouse on business 287 in Waxahachie.
The game warden will begin occupation of the office from March to Dec. 31.
Casey Borders, Ellis County’s Constable Precinct 2, said he was happy with the decision.
The contract for the use of the office will hold a renewal option clause in set increments.
It will also allow for the contract to be terminated within 30 days at any time and by either party.
