PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) rule published in 40 CFR 403.8(f)92)(viii), the following company discharges industrial wastewater into the City of Ferris’s sanitary sewer system.

This Industrial User has significantly violated, during the past twelve months, pretreatment requirements contained in regulations governing industrial wastes.

The industry listed below has taken steps to achieve compliance with federal, state, and municipal limitations.
