“The Restaurant and Beverage Alliance of Texas will submit applications to Jana Onyon, Elections Administrator, Ellis County, TX in compliance with Section 501.023 of the Texas Election Code, in order to circulate petitions to the qualified voters of Justice Pct. 1, Ellis County, TX so that a local option election can be called on the following issues: For/Against “The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages for off-premise consumption only.” This public notice was paid for by the Restaurant and Beverage Alliance of Texas.
