PUBLIC NOTICE: Red Oak Family and Pediatric Clinic closing

OFFICE CLOSING

Effective December 31, 2018, Dr. Ferne Cummings will be leaving Red Oak Family and Pediatric Clinic and the clinic will be closing. Patients’ medical records will remain with Texas Health Physicians Group.

Patients can continue care with Shehetaj Abdurrahim, M.D., at Texas Health Internal Medicine and no further action regarding medical records is required. To make an appointment with Dr. Shehetaj Abdurrahim, patients can call the Texas Health Internal Medicine office at 972-283-5998.  

Patients who want to establish care with another physician can coordinate with Texas Health Physicians Group, Compliance Department at 214-860-6326 to transfer their medical records.
