PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a change in zoning to a Planned Development with industrial, residential, and commercial zoning. This case includes concurrent annexation and a future land use amendment. Generally located at 600 Mars Road, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-26 (Zoning) Case No. M-22-42 (Annexation) FLUM-22-3 (Future Land Use Map Amendment).
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was to be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. but now will be scheduled for Thursday October 13, 2022, 7:00 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was to be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. but now will be scheduled for Thursday, November 3, 2022, 7:00 p.m.
