PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearing to consider a planned development request three tracts of land, totaling approximately 27.5-acres to allow for Commercial restricted along Beltline Rd and residential townhomes. Generally located on West Beltline Road. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65050515010130000, 65050515010210000, 54000500000260000, 65050515010180000, 65050515010120000, DCAD, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-30 (Zoning) FLUM-22-05 (Future Land Use Map Amendment)
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
