PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AND

CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for concurrent zoning of one tract of land, totaling approximately 22.245-acres, upon annexation in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) to zone the subject property to Light Industrial (I-1) District.  Generally located on Greene Road and west of Millers Ferry.

The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65060212510010000, DCAD, Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-19.

The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on April 28, 2022 and City Council on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
