PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - ANNEXATION

City of Ferris, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 43 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of a parcel of land, generally located on the southwest corner of FM 664/Ovilla Road and Shaw Creek Boulevard.
The subject property being one (1) parcel totaling approximately 17.442-acres, being Parcel ID No. 188943, ECAD, City of Ferris, Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Ellis County, Texas.
The public hearing and possible consideration/action, on this annexation request will be held before the Ferris City Council on Monday, December 5th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ferris City & ISD Administration Building – Joint Board & Council Chambers, 301 E 5th St., Ferris, TX for the possible consideration/action on the annexation ordinance.
