City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for concurrent zoning of one tract of land, totaling approximately 43.11-acres, upon annexation in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) to zone the subject property to Light Industrial (I-1) District.
Generally located on Lavender Road and Mason Road. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65078755010030000, and Parcel ID 65078755010030100 DCAD, Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas.
Annexation Case No.M-22-40 and Zoning Case No. ZC-22-25
The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request is scheduled to be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. and Wilmer City Council on August 4, 2022.
