360 TOLLWAY EXTENSION

From US 287 to US 67

Ellis and Johnson

Counties, Texas


The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is proposing to extend the 360 Tollway (360T) southward from US 287 to US 67 through Ellis and Johnson Counties. The alternatives under consideration extend approximately 8 miles on new location within or near the municipalities of Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Midlothian, and Venus. The proposed project would consist of two main travel lanes in each direction and parallel frontage roads.

The NTTA is advising the public that it will conduct a Public Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Mansfield High School Cafeteria, located at 3001 E. Broad Street, Mansfield, TX 76063, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The Public Meeting will be an open house format and will provide an overview of the project, anticipated schedule, purpose and need, and alternative alignments. Attendees will be able to review hard copies of project materials, ask questions of NTTA project team members, and leave written comments.

The materials presented at the Public Meeting will also be available online by Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the following web address: https://www.ntta.org/360-tollway. Anyone reviewing these materials will be able to leave written comments online.

The Public Meeting will be conducted in English. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time for the NTTA to arrange.

Written comments from the public regarding the project are requested and may be submitted by mail to NTTA, C/O 360 Tollway Extension, PO Box 260928, Plano, TX 75026. Comments may also be submitted by email to Mr. Craig Hancock, P.E., at chancock@ntta.org. All comments must be received on or before Friday, May 1, 2026. Once the comments received have been reviewed and addressed, responses to the comments will be available online at https://www.ntta.org/360-tollway.
