The Wilmer City Council hereby establishes a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on September 4, 2025 at the Wilmer Community Center located at 101 Davidson Plaza. Wilmer, TX 75172 to consider the adoption of land use assumptions and capital improvement plans relating to possible adoption of roadway, water, and wastewater impact fees.
