NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Ovilla
In accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, Local Government Code Chapter 212, all interested persons and parties are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Ovilla will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber Room at 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas via video/teleconference as set forth below, or both on February 1, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., and the City Council of the City of Ovilla will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber Room at 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas, via video/teleconference as set forth below, or both on February 08, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of hearing evidence, testimony and comments from all interested persons and parties concerning the proposed ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OVILLA, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 10, ARTICLE 10.02, DIVISION 5, SECTION 10.02.132 (UTILITY EASEMENTS), OF THE OVILLA CODE OF ORDINANCES; REQUIRING UTLITY EASEMENTS OF NOT LESS THAN TEN (10) FEET ON EACH SIDE AND REAR LOT LINES; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION INTO OVILLA’S CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Any interested persons and parties, if they desire, may submit any information they wish to be considered to the city secretary prior to the date of the public hearings, or may appear at the public hearings to be heard via video/teleconference as set forth below, or both.
